The EmSens DMC machine vision system has a powerful DMC read command. It not only reads unmarked codes, but also damaged, blurred, distorted or even low-contrast codes without any problems.
It always provides the user with feedback on faulty codes. Even changes in character thickness are no problem for the system.
The machine vision system hardware
The hardware consists of a GigE or USB camera from the manufacturers supported by EyeVision, e.g. Basler, Allied Vision, Baumer, Teledyne Dalsa, etc.
We offer three options for the computing unit:
- EmSys machine vision computer
- Raspberry Pi
- Odroid
The software
In addition, the handling of the system software is very simple and offers advantages such as

- Drag-and-drop programming
- Test program creation without the need for programming knowledge
The command set of the EmSens systems can also be extended at any time with other commands from the EyeVision software, e.g:
- Deep learning commands for surface inspection, e.g. scratches or structural defects on surfaces
- Color commands for color recognition, e.g. for cable assembly
- Further code reading commands for barcodes, QR or OCR/OCV
