The EyeCon Profile allows contours and profiles of all kinds to be checked quickly and precisely. The ready-to-use product can therefore be optimally used for spot checks and quality assurance. The profiles are checked for errors and discrepancies using the integrated 2D scanner and the innovative EyeVision software.
The test procedure:
- The profile to be checked is placed on the 2D scanner
- The profile is scanned and displayed on the associated monitor
- The EyeVision software measures the contours and checks for these errors
- After the inspection, an optical and acoustic signal is given
