At the China Vision Show, EVT (Eye Vision Technology) and Next Vision Tech agreed to deepen their cooperation in the field of 3D image processing. The focus of this collaboration is the optimization of 3D analysis methods for the reliable detection of surface structures and irregularities.

Next Vision Tech develops innovative triangulation lasers with line extraction tools specifically designed for detecting glass, reflective surfaces, and the smallest irregularities. These technologies generate high-precision point clouds that can be optimally analysed for further evaluation. Direct support from EVT China plays a crucial role in this process and significantly contributes to the advancement of these applications.

Another key aspect of the partnership is the use of so-called packages combining triangulation sensors with EyeVision software, such as PinInspect, EyePickIt, and TireInspect, which have already been successfully tested in numerous projects. These sensors enable highly accurate 3D imaging and serve as the foundation for improved image processing in demanding industrial environments.
